Located between Raleigh, NC and the East Coast with a response area of approximately 120 miles and $2.00 per mile beyond the first 120 miles. Minimum initial fee, which INCLUDES a one time diagnostic/service fee, is $130.00 Then $130.00/hr thereafter plus any parts needed. We may need to make more than one visit if parts are on order but only one diagnostic/trip fee will apply. Our time will not start until we get on site and work begins. Note: Solar installs are custom and require appointments and consultations.

Give advance assessment, diagnostics, and troubleshoot solar power as it relates to RV operations. We can select, install, operate, and maintain solar energy as well as isolate and repair solar equipment problems. We use and install Victron components for all solar orders.
Mike Conwell is certified by the RV Technician Association of America and has completed his training at the RV National Training Academy in Athens, TX. He is a North Carolina resident of more than 34 years. Through is former organization, he has traveled in or through most of North Carolina's 100 counties but stays mostly in the Eastern part of the state.
Mike is from a military family but decided to dedicate most of his life and entire career to law enforcement. He began his career in 1991 on the Outer Banks of North Carolina with a local police department and then moved to the state level in 1993 as a North Carolina State Trooper. In 2005 he decided to specialize in motorcycle enforcement and transferred to Raleigh as a member of their motorcycle unit. In 2012 he was promoted to the rank of Line Sergeant while serving on the Patrol's Motorcycle Unit and retired at that rank in 2019.
Mike continued his community service work after retirement from the State by providing courthouse security for two separate counties as a member of the respective Sheriff's Departments. With 32 years of honorable law enforcement he wants to continue his service to the community by assisting his fellow RVer's with accepting the responsibility of diagnosing and repairing their units along with educating them to help keep their travels incident free.
His family is full time RV'ers as well and with more than 30 years of public service, they know what IS and SHOULD be expected for excellence in customer service. With the traveler in mind, they hope to keep you up and running with minimal disruption to your plans as possible.
